What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?
EFT — often called "tapping" — is a gentle but powerful therapy that combines fingertip tapping on acupressure points on the face and body with focused attention on a feeling, memory or issue. It works by sending a calming signal to the amygdala — the brain's threat detector — helping to reduce the emotional charge around difficult experiences.
