Coaching. Speaking. Courses
I am a former police officer who survived a traumatic attack and overcame PTSD. Through my own healing journey, I discovered the power of nervous system regulation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and trauma-informed approaches to recovery.
Now I help others navigate their path from surviving to thriving. Whether you're dealing with PTSD, trauma, or feeling stuck in survival mode, I understand where you are - and I know the way forward is possible.
My approach combines lived experience with professional training in Trauma Recovery Coaching, Polyvagal Theory and QIgong (mindful movement and meditation). "Together, we'll Reset your nervous system and Reclaim the life you deserve."
"When I first met Sally, I had recently gone through a traumatic period in my life and I was really struggling with day to day things. I was lacking confidence and feeling overwhelmed and alone. Sally is a great listener, compassionate, professional and easy to understand.
Through her coaching I have learned a lot about myself:-I have begun to trust in my decisions and feel happier. She has helped me with everything from severe anxiety, lack of confidence, finances and achieving my long-term goals.
I can’t thank Sally enough for her help. If you want long term change and to truly move forward in your life, then I recommend her coaching program."

"Sally’s presentation on Reseting your Nervous System using Polyvagal Theory was very thought provoking and inspiring".
What stood out most was her willingness to share knowing that it could help others overcome their struggles and her depth in knowledge of the practices that helped in her recovery journey. This will have opened up people’s minds to allow them to know that they do not need to be stuck in their current situation and they can infact grow and change from life’s challenges.
The audience response was really engaged and intrigued as to how Sally had overcome what she has, and they left feeling empowered by her story. We know that it will have sown seeds for people’s futures.
I would recommend Sally as a speaker for any organisation looking to inspire their employees or local community. Her depth in knowledge and awareness of self are so clear to see and she has such a gentle and compassionate approach when speaking about challenging topics.

After doing a FREE discovery call session with Sally, I knew I needed to work with this extremely empathetic, caring and supportive lady.Despite being anxious and nervous at the start as I’ve tried many different therapies over the years, I immediately felt a connection to Sally and truly believed she could help me to heal.
I can honestly say my life has improved so much using the tools and techniques Sally has taught me. Working on my inner child was a real game changer. I feel much calmer and confident which in turn has allowed me to deal with work issues I’ve been avoiding for a while. And I now consider my own needs which I didn’t think important before!
I would highly recommend anyone dealing with their own issues to consider speaking with Sally. I guarantee you won’t regret it.

"Imagine waking up feeling calm instead of anxious..."
"Picture yourself moving through your day with confidence rather than constantly feeling on edge. Imagine sleeping peacefully, having energy for the things you love, and feeling truly present in your relationships.
Instead of just surviving each day, you're actively engaged in your life again. Your nervous system is regulated, your triggers are manageable, and you have tools that actually work.
This isn't just hope - it's the reality for my clients who've done the work to reset their nervous system and reclaim their lives."
Is Coaching right for you?
Trauma recovery coaching is different from therapy. As a coach, I help you understand the imapact traumatic life events have had on your nervous system and then develop practical skills and habits to help you regulate. We then work on rediscovering you - your true values, hopes and dreams. And finding practical strategies to bring these to fruition.
Coaching may be right for you if you:
Are seeking to understand why you feel stuck
Are looking for tools and strategies that actually work
Want to move from surviving to thriving
Want support in building resilience and regulation skills
Are ready to take active steps in your healing journey
Coaching might not be right for you if:
You are in acute crisis or having thoughts of self-harm
Have an active addiction or eating disorder
You need clinical diagnosis or treatment
Require intensive therapy for complex trauma
You are not ready to actively engage in your healing journey
